We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Skilled Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and construction. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience or knowledge of the English language. We welcome both Russian and foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Handle basic landscaping and gardening duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the property
- Respond to tenant requests in a timely and professional manner
- Keep track of inventory and report any necessary supplies or equipment needed for repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in maintenance or construction work preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
