Our company, a property management company in Moscow, is seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. This is an urgent job for an English-speaking individual with experience in maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate must have their own visa and be legally able to work in Moscow.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any necessary repairs or replacements
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Ensure all safety standards are met while completing tasks
- Collaborate with property management team to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the properties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Own visa allowing legal work in Moscow
