Information Security Analyst - Contract Position in St-Petersburg, Canada

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information assets. You will work closely with our IT team to implement security measures and strategies to protect against potential threats. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, monitoring network activity, and identifying vulnerabilities in our systems. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as providing training to employees on security best practices. This is a contract position based in St-Petersburg, Canada.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven experience in information security or a related field
- Strong knowledge of network and system security protocols
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption methods, and access controls
- Identify vulnerabilities in systems and develop solutions to address them

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per week.
