Sales Manager

Our company is a leading retail chain in Jerusalem, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales associates. We are looking for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in driving sales. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1200$, as well as free visa and ticket for relocation. This role does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
- Train new employees on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Create sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills required, additional languages are a plus
