Sales Manager for International Markets


We are a fast-growing company based in Jerusalem, seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our international markets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our reach and increase revenue. You will also lead a team of sales representatives and collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of our international sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve growth targets in international markets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to international sales
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential areas for improvement or expansion
- Monitor sales performance metrics, reporting on progress towards targets
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in an international setting
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in international markets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
