Sales Manager - Jerusalem


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team to achieve company targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions based on market trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
