Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an English-speaking job, this role is open to Kenyan nationals. This position is suitable for individuals without prior administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200$ per month
