Indian Executive Chef in Wiltz
We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Wiltz. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your main goal will be to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine while also incorporating local ingredients and flavors.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant or hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1400 per month for this position.

This job is located in Wiltz, a beautiful city known for its historical architecture and charming countryside. It is located in northern Luxembourg near the border with Belgium.
