- Apply paint, stain or other coatings as needed
- Use hand and power tools to trim, shape and smooth edges
- Follow blueprints or instructions to complete projects accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time
