House Maid - Bungoma, Kenya



We are in need of a hardworking and reliable House Maid to join our household in Bungoma, Kenya. As a House Maid, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, as well as assisting with daily household tasks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, and includes accommodation and free visa and ticket for Filipino applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all rooms in the house, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Change bed linens and make beds regularly.
- Organize closets and cupboards to keep them neat and tidy.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen countertops.
- Do laundry, iron clothes, and put them away.
- Keep bathrooms clean by disinfecting surfaces, scrubbing toilets, and cleaning mirrors.
- Assist with grocery shopping and run errands as needed.
- Help with meal preparation by chopping vegetables or doing other simple tasks.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and inform employers when supplies need to be replenished.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a House Maid is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to speak English fluently.
- Must be physically fit to perform housekeeping tasks such as lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working 6 days a week. The working hours will be discussed during the interview process. The successful candidate will have their own private room within our home for accommodation.
