Indian Restaurant Manager
We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nakuru. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience managing a restaurant, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, creating employee schedules, and maintaining financial records. They should also have strong leadership skills, be able to handle high-pressure situations, and have knowledge of biometric passport requirements for international employees. The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Create employee schedules and manage staff effectively
- Maintain financial records and monitor budget
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on biometric passport requirements for international employees
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality food and timely service
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Collaborate with management to create marketing campaigns

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally
- Experience managing international employees and knowledge of biometric passport requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
