Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Nakuru. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Ensure that tables are cleared and reset for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary of $1800 per month, with potential for increases based on performance.

Location:
Nakuru, Kenya. Preference for Indian nationality but open to all applicants.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Education:
High school diploma required. College or hospitality degree preferred but not required.

Experience:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
