Sales Representative (Malayalee)


We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Malayalee, you will have the advantage of connecting with our Malayalee community and promoting our products to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by building relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers within the Malayalee community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase our products
- Provide prompt and effective customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of sales leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales within the Malayalee community

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (plus commission on sales)

This is a contract position for 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance.
