Junior Computer Support Specialist

We are a fast-growing tech company based in Faisalabad and we are seeking a Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in the field to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in computer support. The ideal candidate should have their own visa and be able to start immediately as this is an urgent role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform regular system updates and backups
- Educate users on basic computer functions and troubleshooting techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
