Computer Support Technician
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Technician to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients in resolving computer hardware and software issues. As a Computer Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing system problems, installing and configuring software and hardware, and maintaining computer networks. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in person, over the phone, or through remote access tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems including hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Create user accounts and reset passwords as needed
- Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects related to system upgrades or new installations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Computer Support Technician or Help Desk Technician
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components (e.g. CPUs, memory, hard drives) and peripherals (e.g. printers)
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and application software (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, routers/switches is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad.
