Plasterer Technician

The Plasterer Technician will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on both interior and exterior surfaces. This individual will work with a variety of materials, including stucco, cement, and acrylic finishes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and possess the necessary skills to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Mix and apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth out plaster to achieve desired texture and finish
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various types of plaster materials and their appropriate uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (accommodation not provided)
