Art Director - Creative Design Team Lead


As the Art Director and Creative Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the creative design process. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles. As the team leader, you will also be responsible for managing a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work is produced.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project goals and objectives
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with project requirements
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and promote growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to maintain a high level of creativity
- Oversee production processes to ensure timely delivery of final designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Art Director or Creative Design Lead
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
