Handyman - Maintenance Technician (Indian National preferred)
City: Ajman, United Arab Emirates


We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and repair of our facilities. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting etc.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or repairs needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials for repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Proficient in performing various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu also preferred)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
