We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and actively participate in the sales process
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of achieving results
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
