Sales Manager
Location: Acre, Israel
A reputable company in Acre is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge and effective selling techniques
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee or Nepali language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
