We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to English speaking clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$ per month, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding our company's products and services
- Assist clients in navigating our website and online tools
- Identify and escalate any technical issues or complaints to the appropriate departments
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly

Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service or online support roles is an asset but not required
