Floral Designer

The city of Utena is in need of a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other special events. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
- Source and select high-quality flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner while considering color, texture, and balance
- Maintain the freshness and quality of all floral products
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering suggestions
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care instructions
- Creativity and artistic ability to design unique arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure every arrangement is perfect
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work long hours or weekends for special events
- Must have a valid visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship

Salary:
