We are seeking an experienced and innovative Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Canada. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial buildings and projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet budget and time constraints.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their specific requirements
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design plans
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients regularly
- Research new materials and techniques to improve design efficiency and sustainability

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
