Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, from office complexes to shopping centers. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to all necessary codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee the bidding process and select contractors for construction projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits and make necessary adjustments throughout the construction process
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong project management skills including budgeting and timeline management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$ per month
