As a Personal Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing individualized coaching sessions to clients of all fitness levels. You will use your knowledge of exercise science and nutrition to help clients reach their specific health goals. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support and motivation.

We are open to hiring individuals without prior experience, as long as you have a passion for fitness and a willingness to learn. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and has knowledge of Indian culture, but this is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized workout plans for clients based on their individual goals and fitness levels
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients, focusing on proper form and technique
- Monitor progress of clients' fitness journeys, adjusting plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for all clients

Requirements:
- Passion for fitness and helping others improve their health
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian culture is a plus)
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs
- Knowledge of exercise science and nutrition principles
- Ability to adapt coaching style to different personalities and learning styles
- Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends
