Preservation Architect


We are seeking an experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish, a beautiful and historic city in the heart of Europe. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation work
- Develop detailed preservation plans and strategies, taking into account architectural, structural, and cultural considerations
- Oversee the implementation of preservation projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and teams of contractors
- Utilize traditional building techniques and materials in preservation work to maintain historical accuracy
- Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with preservation regulations and guidelines
- Conduct research on historical buildings and their significance in order to inform restoration efforts
- Regularly inspect preserved structures to monitor their condition and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect, preferably working on historical buildings or sites
- Strong knowledge of traditional building techniques and materials used in historic preservation
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and local authorities
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Remish. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
