Rental Company Sales Representative

As a Rental Company Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our rental services to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs. You will need to have a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right rental services for their needs
- Explain rental policies and procedures to customers
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Proactively seek out potential customers through marketing initiatives
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with patience
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software programs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month
