Residential Painter

We are hiring a skilled residential painter to join our team in Utena. As a residential painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces of homes, apartments, and other residential buildings. You will work with a variety of materials including paint, varnish, and stains to achieve high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and removing old paint
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Protect furniture and floors with drop cloths before beginning work
- Repair any damaged areas prior to painting
- Ensure all work is completed according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential painter
- Strong knowledge of different types of paint and finishes
- Ability to use tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
