QA Tester - Shan, India


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our growing team in Shan, India. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
- Identify, record, and document bugs and issues found during testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on testability of new features
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential edge cases
- Develop and maintain test cases based on user requirements
- Continuously improve testing processes and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports with steps to reproduce the issue
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
