Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer)


As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our company's software products. This includes developing and implementing test plans, conducting tests on new and existing features, and identifying and documenting any issues or bugs. You will work closely with our development team to understand product requirements and provide feedback for improvement. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans for new and existing software features
- Identify, document, and track bugs in a detailed manner
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Proficiency in writing test cases and documenting defects
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
