We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with precision and efficiency. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, taking orders, and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and measurements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Train new baristas on the proper techniques for making beverages as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
