Our bustling restaurant in Medina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and shifts
- Train and supervise new employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control costs by implementing efficient inventory management and cost-saving measures
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by overseeing the restaurant's ambiance and decor
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Proven track record of controlling costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)

Salary: $1300/month
