Indian Waiter in Nairobi

We are currently hiring a full-time Indian Waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in Nairobi. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a waiter and must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Ensure that all food and drinks are served correctly
- Make menu recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments through cash or credit cards
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining area

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter is preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is a must
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. We also offer additional benefits such as free meals during working hours.

Location:
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Applicants of Indian nationality are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. The working hours may vary depending on the restaurant's opening hours.
