IT Manager



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the overall operations of our company's information technology department. This role requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can manage the daily activities of our IT team and ensure that all systems and processes are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance.
- Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Develop budget plans for IT projects and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on latest technology trends and make recommendations for updates or upgrades.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in developing IT policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a contract job setting.
- Experience managing teams remotely or in a multicultural environment.

Location: Jerusalem (open to both Indian nationals and foreigners)
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Note: Accommodation will not be provided as part of this position. We are looking for candidates who already have accommodation arrangements in Jerusalem.
