IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our company's information technology department. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Your main duties will include managing the IT team, implementing and maintaining IT systems, and ensuring data security and network stability. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, accommodation provided, and a free visa and ticket for relocation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Manage and mentor the IT team
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT systems
- Ensure data security protocols are in place and regularly updated
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues when necessary
- Create budget proposals for new technology investments
- Liaise with other departments to understand their technology needs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, software development, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, database management, and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
