Surveyor for Construction Projects in Jerusalem, Israel



We are a leading construction company in Jerusalem, Israel, looking for a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate and precise measurements and data to ensure the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to determine accurate measurements and boundaries of construction sites
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to gather data
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on findings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveying information
- Provide guidance on land use restrictions and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with initial survey plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines related to surveying activities
- Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong knowledge of land use laws and regulations in Jerusalem, Israel
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
