Our flower shop in Doha is seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions and events. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange floral arrangements for weddings, parties, funerals, and other events
- Maintain the quality and freshness of flowers by watering, pruning, and arranging them properly
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Train and supervise junior florists or assistants when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Creativity and an eye for design to create unique arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy floral arrangements
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
