Floral Designer and Arranger

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. Your eye for detail and creativity will play a vital role in delivering stunning designs that will exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for floral arrangements
- Design and create beautiful flower arrangements using different types of flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Ensure the timely delivery of floral arrangements to clients' venues
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other necessary supplies
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer innovative ideas to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of events

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a floral designer or arranger
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics
- Strong creative skills with the ability to design unique arrangements
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
