Senior Florist


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Senior Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and managing the overall operations of our flower shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Training and supervising junior florists to ensure high-quality work is produced
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and handling any complaints or issues that may arise
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and customers
- Collaborating with other departments and vendors to coordinate flower deliveries for events or special orders
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry and implementing new techniques or designs when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a florist, preferably in a senior position
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong creative skills with the ability to design unique floral arrangements that meet customers' needs and preferences
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required

Salary:
As a Senior Florist in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait you can expect to earn an annual salary of $1200. We also offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
