Restaurant Manager - Khasab, Oman (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Pakistani national, you will have a preference for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue for the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills will be an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with managing budgets and controlling costs

Salary: 1100$ per month
Working hours: 8 hours per day/6 days per week
