Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our company's facilities in Beer-Sheva. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing furniture and appliances, and performing general carpentry work. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our buildings.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a handyman and possess strong technical skills in various areas such as plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance. You should also have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. We offer accommodation for our employees if needed, but candidates with their own accommodations are also welcome to apply. This job is open to both local candidates in Beer-Sheva and foreigners who are willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fixing plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures
- Repairing electrical systems such as wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting
- Performing general carpentry work including building shelves, repairing doors and windows
- Maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities by performing cleaning duties as needed
- Ensuring the safety of our buildings by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action
- Communicating with management regarding any necessary repairs or maintenance work
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Ability to use various hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with electricity or other potentially hazardous materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
