Moderator for Online Community

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating all user-generated content on our online platform. This includes reviewing posts, comments, and messages to ensure they adhere to our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for engaging with our community members, facilitating discussions, and addressing any issues that may arise.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of online etiquette. The ideal candidate will have experience in community management and be able to handle conflicts and difficult situations with ease. Additionally, proficiency in both Malayalam and English would be an asset.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, making it an ideal job for students or those seeking part-time work. While experience in moderation is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about creating a positive online environment.
