Solar Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Technician to join our team in Herzliya. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and equipment for residential and commercial properties. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components according to design plans
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper functioning of all equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working at heights
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training in solar installation is preferred
- Experience in solar panel installation is a plus but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
