We are searching for a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Herzliya. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include assessing site conditions, setting up equipment, and connecting panels to electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to established safety standards
- Ensure proper connection of panels to electrical systems and troubleshoot any issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of installation projects and report any challenges or concerns to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in solar technology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification preferred
- Previous experience working as a Solar Installer or in a related field is highly desirable
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and basic construction principles
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Herzliya, Israel.
