Online Consultant - Vilnius

We are a growing online consulting firm based in Vilnius and we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely manner through various online channels
- Providing accurate information and solutions to clients' questions or concerns
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with team members to optimize customer service processes and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
