Indian Manager in Dubai

Our luxurious hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee all departments of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare reports on financial performance, guest feedback, and employee productivity

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Dubai
- Previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
