Barber for Men's Salon


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at a busy men's salon in Al-Rayyan. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients. This is a full-time position, open for both Indian and English speaking candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to understand their grooming needs
- Provide various haircut and styling services including beard trimming, shaving, and facial hair maintenance
- Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment at all times
- Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients for their specific hair type
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barber in a salon or barbershop setting
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of various hair types, textures, and styles
- Must be able to use barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with additional benefits such as paid holidays, health insurance, and commission on product sales.
