Construction Project Manager


The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Lusail. This includes planning, coordinating, and implementing project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership role. They should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach towards finding solutions
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month. Candidates must be Filipinos or foreigners residing in Lusail. No English proficiency is required for this position.
