Machine Operator (English Speaking) - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. You will work with a team to ensure the machines are running efficiently and meeting production goals. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1+ years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Technical knowledge of operating different types of machinery
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
