Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Medina, Saudi Arabia)

We are searching for an experienced Head Chef to lead our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end fine dining establishment
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and food presentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonality, availability of ingredients, and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are consistently met
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to plan special events or themed menus

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free) with potential for bonuses based on performance.
